Is Korsy free to download?

Yes. The app is free on iPhone and Android. You only pay for tickets, plus a small service fee shown before you pay.

Do I need a Fan ID for matches?

For Egyptian league matches, yes — each seat is linked to a Fan ID. You can add a friend’s Fan ID or phone number to the second seat at checkout.

What if I can’t make it?

List your ticket on the resale market at up to 20% above face value. When it sells, your QR is cancelled and the buyer gets a new one.

When do I get paid for a resold ticket?

24 hours after the event starts, to your Korsy wallet or InstaPay account.

Can someone use a screenshot of my ticket?

No. The QR refreshes every 30 seconds and only the live code in the app scans at the gate.
